A Chautauqua County teen was charged with criminal tampering and criminal mischief for allegedly vandalizing a communications relay tower in the town of Mina. Sheriff's deputies say the 18-year-old intentionally knocked over the 180-foot-high cell tower used for police and emergency dispatch.
