SIMPLE DESIGN
The "KISS" principle is evident in this product. This nut looks like an ordinary nut but has extraordinary features.

COST-EFFECTIVE
For a very small investment this product can secure an electrical transmission tower. When compared to the possible cost of a collapsed tower, there can be no doubt about its efficacy.

RUSTPROOF
Corrosion has always been a concern for product manufacturers, but not for BOLTMATE™. Nuts up to 7/8" are made from #303 stainless steel. Even the welds are rustproof. All nuts over 1" are hot dip galvanized. They will never lose their ability to protect the structure on which they were installed.

TAMPERPROOF
This ingenious device does not rely on overcoming the brute force of the criminal to break a weld. Instead, the conical design of both parts prevents the hex- ring from being extricated while allowing it to spin on the inner threaded part.

SELF-TORQUING
Because of the precise nature of laser welding, extra care is given to the manufacturing of this product. This gives an accurate and consistent torque value each and every time.
NOTE: 1" to 2" use a brass pin from below to achieve the torque.

EASY TO INSTALL
Remove existing nut, thread on Boltmate™, and tighten with a wrench until it breaks…it’s done.

NO PROFESSIONAL CREWS
Trained people are not needed to install Boltmate™.

NO SPECIAL TOOLS
No torquing equipment, impact tools, welders, electric generators, pneumatic machines or additional instruments are required …just a wrench and strong arm!

FLEXIBILITY
Boltmate™ engages any bolt or stud on your structure. The size of this nut is only slightly larger than an ordinary nut, so it can be used even if there is a cluster of nuts.

NO INSPECTIONS
If the outer hex-ring is loose, then the nut is properly installed.
